JOB DESCRIPTION- Responsible for trade related payments preparation, checking and verification.
Responsible for good receipt note entry and monitor it on basis.- Preparation of weekly and monthly report on goods receipts notes & inventory records.
Posting of purchase invoice, checking and verification.
- Verify book-keeping and data entry perform by account assistant in Accounting Software.
Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed up and well- maintained.- Ensure all financial statements comply with accounting standards, tax regulation as well as company policies.
Prepare forecast and budget reports.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts payable, inventory reconciliation.
Liaise with tax agent, auditors, bankers, company secretary, government departments, and suppliers.- Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by Management.
Any other ad hoc required duties.
A university graduate in accounting and finance.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
Audit and Tax experience will be an advantage.- Good communication, meticulous, responsible and a team player.
Able to work independently with sense of urgency.
Good attitude, positive thinking and committee to excellence.- Ability on multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize task and work independently.
Willing to work every Saturday(no alternate).
- Able to report duty ASAP.
