To handle a FULL SET of Accounts
- To be responsible for monthly closing of accounts with relevant supporting schedules in an accurate and timely manner
- Supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day activities
- Perform AP, AR & banking duties
- Clearing back-end processing systems (i.e, Receipt Bank: Expensify: etc.) to ensure all transactions are uploaded to the accounting system
- Reviewing the work of colleagues
- Prepare journals, bank reconciliation, and financial statements
- To coordinate year-end financial closing and assist in tax planning, cash management, and treasury operations
- To liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents & relevant authorities
- To support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS :- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation or other accounting-related fields
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility
- Analytical, resourceful, organized, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and SQL accounting software
- Good command of written & spoken English
