Job Description- To handle full set of accounts, ensure relevant schedules such as but not limited to fixed assets, accrual, prepayment listing, intercompany schedule and etc are well organized.
Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing- General office administration works
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
The scope of work should be revised from time to time based on management needs or requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.- 3- or 4-years working experience in audit, tax, accounting or commercial line.
Required skill(s): MS Office (Basic level)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
