Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Accounting & Finance.- At least 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
To verify AP & AR
- Updating in accounting system of the exchange rate of foreign currency.
Prepare payment for suppliers, & verify customer's payments, verify balance for audit confirmation.- Checking all expenses claim, payment vouchers & withholding tax payment.
Prepare documents for LC application, debit/credit issuing, liaise with bankers for customers funds, bank reconciliation.
- Update expatriate salary exchange rate and income tax deduction.
Prepare depreciation list- Involve in handling journal voucher for month end closing, recording all transaction in accounting system.
Prepare company tax computations.
Handling internal audit for year end stock count.
