JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for overall group accounting & financial activities, including SST and related tax matters
Review and address timely and accuracy of financial reports, accounting data entries and reconciliations in order to appraise the operating results in terms of profitability and effectiveness of the company, including to prepare and perform journal entry of depreciation, HP interest, term loan interest and others related journal entries- Liaising with auditors and tax agents to ensure annual monitoring is carried out with statutory requirement and also liaised with bankers & financial institute for funding purposes
Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate
- Plan and control the companys cash flow, funding and budget allocation
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting in line with the company policy and procedures- Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems and filing system
Assist in other projects and duties as assigned by management
- Good to have E-money business knowledge and background
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MACPA/CPA).
Minimum of 2 years in accounting related field preferred.- Have knowledge of MYOB accounting, Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
