Job Responsibilitie:-- Responsible for the full spectrum of Finance & Account functions as follow
Handle full set of account- Financial planning & Management Accounting & Reporting
Operational procedure & Internal control
- Financial projection and Budgetary.
Manage GL, AP, AR in auto count accounting systems and monthly reconciliation of AR & AP- Monitoring bank cash available, cash flow projection and preparation and monthly bank reconciliation statement.
Filling and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments given by the superior.
Requirement: -
- Minimum 3-4 years working experience.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft office.- Experience using Auto-Count Accounting Software is an advantage.
Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Punctual and have a great CO Do attitude and able to search for innovation solutions.
Willingness to learn and upgrade skills. Must Process own transport.
- Preferable language: - Mandarin, English & Malay
