Assist in handling full set of accounts (account payable, account receivable, bank reconciliation, depreciation provision, P&L, balance sheet and etc.)
Able to liaise with external auditor, tax consultant and appointed financial consultant.
Able to liaise with suppliers in invoice discrepancies.
Constantly identify and propose improvement area as needed.
To support various functional activities at group level.
Perform other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Director from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent job experiences.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): Well-versed in MS office (Word & Excel) and relevant accounting software.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage so as English and Malay.
Independent, adaptable and able to multi-task to meet deadlines.
