Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Management Account
Prepare final accounts and liaise with the external auditors for preparation of audited financial statements financial statements- Prepare payment to financiers for assets monthly installments.
Attend to the insurance requirements for new and existing assets including for the new projects secured and other statutory requirements.
- Attend to the statutory requirement in respect of incorporation of new/subsidiary company.
Attend to asset acquisition, related insurances and other requirement.- Prepare Cash Flow Statement on monthly basis.
Attend to banks reconciliation statements.
- Collating all information required for submission to banks and other authorities in respect of any applications for projects, financing etc.of any applications for projects, financing etc.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondences and drawings- Distribution of drawings/documents to the various offices/departments
Maintaining, tracking and improving float file circulation for all documents
- Filing of all correspondences and drawings in appropriate document & drawing rooms
Attend to all office related facilities for conclusive workplace.- Attend to all matters related to staff benefits, complaints, claims etc.
Job Specification
Degree in Accountancy / minimum Diploma in Accountancy- Independent, resourceful and pro-active
Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Result-oriented and aggressive in meeting deadlines
Able to work under pressure- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Experience:
* Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
