Responsibilities:- Handle full sets of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and related schedules.- Manage cash flow, including updating weekly cash flow reports, monitoring petty cash, bank balances, and bank reconciliation.
Monitor budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with monthly variance analysis.
Handle all taxation-related matters.- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.
Maintain proper accounting records.
- Manage SST matters, including submission, calculation, and reporting.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.- Preferably have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Excel and computerized accounting systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, flexible, self-motivated, able to multi-task, and a good team player.
Computer literacy; knowledge of OBM Accounting System is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standards, taxation, and company secretary matters.
High level of initiative, responsibility, commitment, sense of urgency, and ability to interact at all levels.- Result-oriented with the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
