Responsibilities: - Management of the companys full set of accounts.
To assist the manager for handling the company accounts.- Responsible for data entry, preparation of sales invoice, delivery order and purchase invoice.
To perform bank reconciliation.
- To prepare weekly and monthly reports.
To assist in quarterly reports.- To perform filing of documents.
To prepare extra report for CEO.
- To handle other related companies accounts (Minor transactions and dormant companies).
To perform ad hoc tasks.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in accounts, finance or similar roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Have full set of accounting knowledge
Able to multitask
- Knowledge or experience in Autocount Accounting system is preferred.
