Location: Common Ground, Bukit Bintang (Menara Worldwide) Overseeing GL & Closing of accounts, and preparation of financial statements.
- Managing journal entries, reconcile financial statements and accounts.
Manage full spectrum of Fixed Assets and monitor CAPEX expenditure on new investment projects.- Handling accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Monthly analysis of the financial statement and the sales trend of the Company.
- Coordinate and support statutory audits, tax audit and internal control matters.
Liaise with Banker, Insurance broker, Company Secretary, local authority, and internal stakeholders with good support.- Review and analyze cash positions and cash flow forecasts to ensure an optimal level of cash.
Good understanding of Leases standard (IFRS 16).
Manage and ensure appropriates work processes are adopted and discipline in adhering to strict reporting guidelines.- Any other duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounts, Finance or Business.- Minimum 2-3 years working experiences, preferably with FMCG or retail knowledge.
Familiar with accounting/tax regulations and accounting practices.
- Hands on experience in SAP, BI, and good in MS Office applications (MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS word).
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work Independently/meticulously under pressure and time reporting timeline.
