JOB DESCRIPTION To handle full-set of accounts.
Prepare corporate tax computations, compilation annual reports.
Responsible for timely preparation of management reports, monthly P&L.
Review accrual accounts for month-end closing.
Responsible for yearly budget, quarterly profit forecast and monthly cash flow forecast.
Attending to year-end audit.
Handling payroll administration and processing (HR duties).
Handling and ensure compliance of all HR statutory requirements.
Review of subsidiary companies and SPV companies.
Due diligence for the acquire companies.
Implement new accounting system and payroll system for the acquired companies.
Review and monitor subsidiaries financial accounts.
Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
