• Responsibilities:

To handle full set account or semi-full set account timely accordance to the timeline.

• To ensure the account entries recorded in the system are properly checked.

Issue and verify sales invoices and payment vouchers.

• To ensure timely preparation of payments for all purchases, including the Directors monthly general expenses payment arrangement.

Monitor bank balance/cash flow position and fund placement.

• Maintain proper filling and accurate entry in the system.

Undertaking other duties and responsibilities delegated time to time.

• Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting,

• Minimum with 1year relevant working experiences in construction industry.

Attention to detail, acting integrity, independence, and willing to accept new things.

• Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft and task management tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse range of stakeholders.

• Energetic, positive, and good team player.
