Job Description:As an Accounts Executive at Ben Lee Automobile, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations, specifically utilizing AutoCount software for accounting tasks. You will be responsible for:
- Financial Management: Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.
AutoCount Software Utilization:
Proficiently using AutoCount to manage invoices, track expenses, and generate reports.Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support business decisions.Compliance: Ensuring all financial activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other departments to support financial planning and analysis.
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCount software is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
