Job Description- Handle full set accounts (Payments, Sales Receipts, Invoicing)
Finalise monthly management accounts- Able to handle day to day account administrative and operational activities.
To prepare bank and other accounts-related reconciliations
- To assist in collating, analyzing, summarizing, and preparing accounts information and trends for finance reports, audits & tax purpose
Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, banker, company secretary and government grant.- Any other works as instructed by the company from time to time
- Candidate must possess at least a LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalence
At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Able to work under pressure & adhere to tight deadlines
Able to work independently & have teamwork
- Able to multi task and perform some admin work.
Good interpersonal skills, well organized and positive working attitude- Any related experience will be an added advantage
