Main Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations and transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
Ensure all accounting entries entered into the accounting system are accurate and complete with proper supporting documents.- Ensure all transactions are recorded and updated in a timely manner.
Maintain proper filing of all accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in preparation of full set of accounts.
Assist team in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting including yearly audit.- Work closely with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
