JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible in preparation of full set monthly financial statements.
Responsible for day to day operational matters of account department.
- Prepare cheque, payment voucher, and other task assigned from time to time.
Ensure the cash management, disbursement, journal entry and expenses reimbursement monitored and managed accordingly.- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
Managing cash inflows and outflows and ensures proper records.
- To analyse the project performance on a monthly basis.
To prepare the monthly cash flow projection for the company.- To liaise with auditor taxation, bankers and other institution.
Implement effective internal controls and compliance with company standard operating procedures.
- To manage and pay tax and social security, tax returns and accounting audit matters.
Responsible for preparing financial statement, profit and loss and balance sheet.- Any other ad-hoc accounting duties when tasked by functional lead.
JOB REQUIREMENT- Possess a Bachelors Diploma/Degree in Finance / Accounting or its equivalent.
At least minimum 5 years experience as an accounting staff- Preferably with in financial related industry and tax knowledge.
Possess good proficiency of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated and strong initiative, critical thinking, meticulous, independent, and strong sense of responsibility, results-orientated team player.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Microsoft Excel-pivot tables, any accounting system etc.
Preferably with SQL Accounting system experience
- Preferable to start immediately.
