Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage accounts, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth operations in financial reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has a strong grasp of financial principles, with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with our teams and clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage account reconciliations, bank statements, and monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
- Assist with budget planning and forecasting to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to review and approve expenses and payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance business growth.
- Address account inquiries and support clients with account-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant certification is a plus.
