Job Responsibilities:- Handle all accounting entries for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Match accounting documents and approve/process payments- Prepare and post invoices
Bill clients for completed work/goods sold and subcontractors for back charges
- Provide accounting details and support for audits
Manage assets and inventory for projects/companies- Conduct year-end stock take exercises
Maintain monthly fixed assets listing and assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks
- Assist with month-end account closing
Liaise with tax and audit agents- Process payments and receipts according to company policies
Support treasury activities, including fund management, bank facilities, and cash flow projections
- Analyze and reconcile daily cash flow activities
Perform other duties as assigned by HOD, Project Manager, Project Leader, or Management
Possess Diploma / Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.- Having atleast 3 year experience working in accounting field
Able to Over Time (OT) during month end and closing period.
