To perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily chq issuance, daily collection.
To submit management report as per dateline.
To update monthly ageing report.
To assists superior as when required.
To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
HR
Preparing and processing the payroll of the company on a timely basis, maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance, EPF, SOCSO, etc.
Assist all departments of the company to effectively develop and retain talents to meet the companys management needs
Job Requirements
Possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Preferably candidates with 2 or 3 years of working experience in related field
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Able to speak in English
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
Aggressive and committed to work.
Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
Good communication skills.
Able to start immediately or within short notice.
