We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Account Cum HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, reconciliation, and General Ledger (GL) management, as well as knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Familiarity with MYOB Accounting Software, accounting principles and audit processes is preferred. As an Account Cum HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Besides, we will require you to support the HR functions as well.
Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries and issue resolution.
- Conduct detailed P&L analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Perform regular reconciliations of client accounts, including GL, AP, and AR, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.- Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collection, and vendor management.
Work closely with with internal teams, including finance, sales, and operations, to address client needs and achieve financial objectives.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles and audit requirements in all financial transactions and reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, agreements, and financial transactions.
Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in accounting and finance.
- Support and oversee HR functions
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in P&L analysis, reconciliation, GL management, AP, and AR.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, audit processes, and financial reporting standards.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw actionable insights.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications is preferred.- Experience in account management is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
