To handle data entry of GL, AP & AR, correctly recorded & prepared on a timely basis.- To prepare quotations, invoices, cheques/payment instructions/vouchers and keep records up-to-date.
To prepare monthly journals and bank reconciliations.
- To keep accurate records of all daily transactions.
To prepare a full set of accounts, and budgeting forecasts and oversee all accounting matters.- To ensure the completeness and accuracy of full accounting entries and supporting worksheets or documents for monthly accounts closing by the targeted deadline.
To ensure Income Statement and Balance Sheet schedules are in place on monthly basis.
- To assist in yearly financial audits and liaise with auditors.
To set up and maintain a proper filing system of records and documents.- To assist administrative and financial duties as and when required.
