Handle daily accounting operations and administrative tasks.- Manage and oversee daily office operations.
Basic accounting duties such as bookkeeping, data entry, bank reconciliation, etc.
- Maintain proper records of all accounting transactions.
Prepare and maintain company account with accounting software.- Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare financial statements and monthly management accounting reports for the management.
- Maintain a proper filing system, ensuring effective document control for easy access and retrieval.
Responsible for issuing invoices and monitoring debtor collections.- Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Possess at least a Diploma / SPM / LCCI in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in Admin and Accounts related work.
Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Malay.
- Able to operate accounting software and has good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines through self-initiative.- Proactive personality, fast learner, good communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
