Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and update client accounts with current information.
  • Manage account setups and terminations.
  • Ensure accurate billing and invoicing for services rendered.
  • Input and maintain accurate client data in the companys database.
  • Generate and analyze reports on account activities and trends.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to account management processes.
  • Generate regular reports on account status and activities for management review.
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills and organization
  • Administrative and accounting experience preferred
  • Microsoft office
  • Mandarin Language required.
  • Must know basic accounting, excel, word
