Job Description

Job Responsibility

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • To perform day-to-day account operations.
  • To perform of monthly bank reconciliation
  • Maintaining a proper and organized filing system, ensuring all documentations are up to date and in file
  • Assist to answering all questions related to finance via Dingtalk OA.
  • To verify the validity of the school fee and also the correct adjustment in CMS before proceeding with any school fee refund to the parents.
  • uploading bank transactions to CMS on each working day.
  • Provide support to multiple divisions and perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior and the management team.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Experience in handling XERO Account System is an added advantage.
  • Prefer candidates that can start work immediately.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and face-paced environment.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
