To assist in accounting activities, including general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.- Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of all documents for record-keeping.
Monitor expenses and produce weekly reports for the Manager.
- Check Petty Cash and verify staff's claims.
Assist in reviewing tenancy agreements, liaising with authorities, and handling other related administrative tasks.- Responsible for proper filing and sorting of documents
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Previous experience in administrative and accounting roles is a plus.- A background in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
