Requirements:- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Three (3) years experience in accounting and administration.- Familiar with accounting standards and filling procedure.
Organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Job Scope :
Account :- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, account receivable and general ledger entries.
Prepare invoices for clients and track payment and process supplier invoices and manage payments within the datelines.
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Provide regular financial updates to management.- Assists in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Petty cash
Administration:
- Oversee daily operations, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
Manage communication channels, including emails, phone calls and correspondence.- Organize and maintain company documents, files and records
