Job Description

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Three (3) years experience in accounting and administration.
  • Familiar with accounting standards and filling procedure.
Organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
Location : Bukit Jelutong

Job Scope :


Account :
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, account receivable and general ledger entries.
Prepare invoices for clients and track payment and process supplier invoices and manage payments within the datelines.
  • Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Provide regular financial updates to management.
  • Assists in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Petty cash

Administration:
  • Oversee daily operations, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
Manage communication channels, including emails, phone calls and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain company documents, files and records

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,000.00 per month

    Schedule:

Monday to Friday
