To assist in accounting activities, including general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.- Produce and brief monthly Profit & Loss statements to the Manager.
Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of all documents for record-keeping.
- Monitor expenses and produce weekly reports for the Manager.
Check Petty Cash and verify staff's claims.- Assist in reviewing tenancy agreements, liaising with authorities, and handling other related administrative tasks.
Updating/maintaining statement of account
- Responsible for proper filing and sorting of documents
Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirement:-- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Previous experience in administrative and accounting roles is a plus.
- A background in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
