Bookkeeping and general accounting- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment
- Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips- Checking financial documents including sales and purchasing invoices
Maintain Financial Filing Systems
- Managing petty cash transactions and recording expenditures
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
