Job Description:
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice opening, filing, purchase order processing, and data entry.
Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and retrieval.- Support the finance team with administrative duties related to accounting operations.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- STPM, or diploma or equivalent qualification.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.- Basic understanding of accounting principles & SQL is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.- Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply!
