Responsible on daily accounting entries into UBS system.- Prepared full set of accounts.
Prepared journal entries, complete general ledger operations,
- year-end closings and draw up financial reports like balance sheet, profit and loss, trial balance and general ledger.
Computer tax owned and fills up Form C- Handled day to day receivable operation of accounting record and
maintain systematic filing system.
- Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipt, payments voucher, cash voucher, bank reconciliation.
Prepare SST listing.- Prepared Monthly Sales Analysis Report.
Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transaction.
Maintains accounting records by making copies filing documents.- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payment are accounted for and properly posted.
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Qualifications for Account Clerk:_
- Minimum diploma/degree with at least 2 years working experience is required.
Experience in full set of accounts (_required
_).- Know how to do balance sheet, accounts receivable and accounts payable (_
required
_). Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and computer literate.
- Hand-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (Sage UBS software will be an added advantage).
Understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Language requirement : English and Bahasa Malaysia (write and speak).
