Responsibilities:-
Account posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and up to date.
Assist to handle all accounting , clerical and administrative functions of Finance department.
maintaining accounts, receivables, or payable.
perform data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.
Familiar with Monitor G5 system is highly preferable, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word.
Manage sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring bookkeeping is up to date day to day.
ISO / LMW knowledge are more advantage.
other ad-hoc task as assigned.
Requirement:-
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
immediate starter is highly preferable.
Able to converse in mandarin will be advantages
Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision
