Job Description

We are looking for an Account Clerk to perform a variety of accounting tasks.

BAR Formula Sdn Bhd is a Bioremediation Technology company that specializes in composting in the Palm Oil Industry.

Responsibilities
  • Assist to handle full set of accounts and oversee all related accounting tasks (Accounts receivable & accounts payable)
Ensure timely submission of Monthly Management Accounts before deadline.
  • Ensure accurate, complete and sufficient suppliers documents, any other relevant accounting entries / tasks in AP.
Preparation of Invoices and any other related accounting entries for AR
  • Ensure all general ledger transactions, bank reconciliation and schedule are done correctly and submitted for review in a timely manner
Liaise with auditors, tax agent & corporate secretary to provide all required schedules/reports for audit, tax, and perform annual filing.
  • Manage Fixed Assets register and asset tagging.
To assist Finance Manager in the preparation of financial year closing

Requirement
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting or related field.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Xero & Ubs).
Excellent time management and commitment to efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
  • Own transportation required (Located near LRT Taman Jaya / Universiti / Asia Jaya)
Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Location: Office is based in Bukit Gasing, Petaling Jaya

Working hours: Office hours - Monday to Friday (
  • 00am - 5.30pm)
