Collect, analyse and interpret accounting records for book-keeping purposes.
Prepare a full set of accounts and Unaudited Financial Statements, in accordance with regulatory guidelines and accounting standards within the target set.
Ensure strict timeline is adhered to;
Ensure all records are maintained accurately, including adjusting journal entries;
Ensure accounting records are in compliance with accounting standards and tax laws;
Understand the basics of accounting procedures and reporting standards;
Good communication skills with clients, and peers within different departments across the organization and stakeholders.
Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accountancy.
Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant working experience;
Preferably working experience at an audit firm;
Hands-on experience with SQL accounting software is a plus;
Computer proficiency in MS Office/ Excel Applications.
