Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for all accounting and financial tasks.
  • Managing accounting systems.
  • Perform data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and reports accurately.
  • Manage financial database, reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
  • Research and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Manage and compile reports / summaries an activity areas.
  • Assist in budget preparation plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions and prepare balance sheets.
  • Manage Accounts payable/receivable and invoices processing records.
  • Participate in financial audit and tax management activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and track bank deposits and payment.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
  • Update internal accounting system with financial reports.
  • Review and implement accounting policy and procedure.

Job Requirements

  • Basic Knowledge in Accounting
  • Familiar in Microsoft Office
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate must be responsible, discipline, and with a good working attitude
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Kampar
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
