Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

-Qualification: Diploma, Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

-Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply.

-Years of Experience: 0 - 3 years.

-Job Type: Full-Time.

-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

-Required Skill(s): MS Office/Word/Excel/Powerpoint.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs account & administration duties.

  • Record transactions using petty cash and online banking.

  • Update Payment Status and Verify the invoice from operation teams.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Prepare sales and expenses report.

  • Able to identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other financial related problems.

  • Prepare financial statements for top management.

  • Assist external auditor for Audited Report.

  • Conduct business analysis (e.g: costing, sales forecasting, etc).

  • To carry out the ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Print Expert SB Group Management or Directors from time to time as deemed necessary for the company.
