Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Oxburgh International School)
  • Location: Oxburgh International School, Batu 9 Cheras

Oxburgh International School, catering from early years to secondary level, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment, we want to hear from you!
  • Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily communications and answer queries at the bursary.
  • Ensure payments, amounts, and records are accurate and up-to-date.
Work with spreadsheets to manage financial data.
  • Issue receipts and maintain organized filing systems.
Process and file invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain stock control to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • SPM leavers / Diploma / in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
