Job Title: Admin & Account Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Account Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and handling the companys financial records. Your duties will include processing invoices, managing payroll, maintaining records, and assisting with daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in both administrative and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize company documents, records, and files.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and timely.- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure all financial transactions are recorded.
Handle day-to-day office operations, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
