Full Job Description- Maintain accounting records by verifying and recording transactions.
Organise financial documents in both manual and electronic filing systems for easy access- Input financial transactions into accounting software to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Process and verify expense claims, ensuring timely payments.
- Assist with prepare statutory financial statements, and manage audit and tax matters.
Support timely month-end and year-end closing procedures- Assist in preparing complete sets of accounts and perform daily accounting tasks.
Verify payment accuracy and maintain precise financial records.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc issues or tasks as necessary.
Minimum diploma in accounting / or any equivalent qualification
- Good personality, positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work
Location : Taman Perindustrian Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
