Handle full sets of accounts and all aspects of monthly financial/management reporting, budgetary controls, forecasting etc.
- Ensure accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations, are accurately recorded and prepared on time.
Manage workload efficiently and consistently meet deadlines for each assigned task.- Ensure that all filing is completed promptly and accurately to maintain organized records.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure overall day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Knowledge of personal and corporate tax is an added advantage.
Liaise with auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, bankers and other professionals regarding accounting matters.- Advise account staff on any financial issues.
Handle ad hoc assignments as they arise.
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in similar role.
Familiar with Audit/Taxation.- Proficiency in the UBS system and computer literacy in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong ethics with the ability to manage confidential data.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent team player skills with the capability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in changing environments.
