Position: Account Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for construction projects- Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial reports
Prepare and submit invoices to clients for payment
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure accurate financial information and timely payments
Requirements:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in the construction industry
- Fresh graduates are welcomed too
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
