Job Description

  • Finance

  • 1 Prepare sales invoice from all department and companies and keep record in Sales invoice book.

  • 2 Received and manage Purchase invoice.

  • 3 Checking received payment from customers and confirm the transfer slip.

  • 4 Manage payment voucher (supplier, salary, commission, wages) and prepare payment listing on monthly basis.

  • 5 Issue cheque monthly to suppliers

  • 6 Filing all account records and key into system.

  • 7 Manage cash book, bank statement & bank reconcilitation.

  • 8 Payroll preparation for local employees.

  • 9 Prepare monthly report and assist auditor and tax during yearly submission.

    Requirement

    Male & female below 35 years old

    Min 1 years and above working experience in similar role is preferable.

    Basic Accounting knowledge

    Strong logical thinking, analytical, and good follow up skills.

    Independent, self-starter and thrive in fast pace and dynamic environment.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday


Education:
  • STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:
  • Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Required)

Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
* Bahasa (Preferred)
