Job description- Responsible for monthly full set of accounts.
Maintain fixed assets register and ensure proper filing of the records.- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedule and relevant notes to accounts.
Treasury function.
- To assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance of accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements.
To handle and coordinate accounts and administrative duties.- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping.
To assist for timely closing and submission of accurate financial and management report.
- Liaise with banker, company secretary, auditor, tax agent, government officer and other related party when needed.
Provide accounting and clerical support and other ad-hoc tasks as when required.- To ensure proper filing or update of documentations for all related records.
Update and maintain office facilities and equipment record.
- Any ad hoc task assigns by superior.
System: SQL Accounting Software
Requirements ;- Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Accountancy.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in supervisor level. Experience in retailer industry is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skill, attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.- Able to work independently and flexible with good attitude.
