Responsibilities:_
- Collecting (From customer service or billing division) and maintenance customer data including name, address, phone and emails address in Infopaq Accounting System.
- Timely send monthly Statement of Accounts to customers.
- Assist in debtors collection matters.
- Prepared Credit Note and Debit Note
- Upon received Invoices from billing department, performed checking for Warranty Invoice as below:
- Ensure the total invoice amount is tally.
- Chassis number charged accordingly to the principal company.
- SST rate is correct.
_Requirements:_
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Salary range RM2200 to RM3000 per month
