Job Responsibility
- Manage data entry & updating accounting records
- Responsible for day-to-day operational matters of the Account Department
- Handle processing of payments and claims according to procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting data entries
- Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
- Liaise with vendors, customers, bankers & etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties when required by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in Accounting & Finance.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Proficiency in computer skills, such as Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Possesses strong time management skills and is sensitive to deadlines.
- Displays meticulous attention to detail.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- Team player, independent, self-motivated, and proactive working attitude.
- Immediate availability for full-time employment is an added advantage.
