Roles and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess Accounts, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Handles all vendor correspondence via email.
- Generate payment to vendors on a routine schedule.
Prepares wire transfers and ACH transactions online.- Reconciles various accounts on a weekly/ monthly basis, bringing any discrepancies to the management's attention.
Maintain a filing system for financial information, records, and documents to ensure readily available information.
Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
- Working Location: Taman Midah, Cheras (HQ)
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm
