Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for account Receivable matter which include issue invoice to debtors, accurately inputting and updating amount in system
Manage reminder for other departments that provide documents to Accounts Department for invoice issuance.- Prepare statement of account on timely basis and monitor debtor aging
Follow up payment, handling queries and perform other ad hoc task
- Perform month end closing task and reporting
Liaise with client and submit documents
Requirements :
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
3 years experience in Accounts.
- Posses own car and Driving Licences
