Job Description

  • Preparing creditor payment (issue voucher and cheque)

  • Verifying and matching of creditor's invoice with delivery order and purchase order

  • Liaise with debtor and creditor on collection and payment issues

  • Processing departmental staff advance/claims

  • Book keeping and filling of account documents

  • Update & monitoring of stamps & courier consignments usage

  • Requirements:
Min 3 Years working experience in accounting department (manufacturing/construction/engineering industry)
  • Diploma in Accounts or equivalent
Knowledge in accounts
  • Working days:


Monday to Saturday (5.5)

Saturday alternate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
