1) To maintain accounting books and records
2) To maintain proper filing system
3) To issue check invoices, debit/credit notes, JV and other related documentation for any business transactions.
4) To record, bank in, issues official receipts and maintain daily cash book worksheet.
5) To issue payment vouchers and perform bank transactions for approval.
6) To monitor account receivables with maintaining sales reports and account payables.
7) To assist superior in all matters related to accounting and financing.
8) To perform any tasks deemed necessary by the management for the efficient operation running for the company.
9) To maintain the company assets, facilities, equipment including managing of point of sales system, computers, beauty machines, telephone, door access control and etc.
10) Responsible for general office administration and any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualification & Experience
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Level and above and have 2-3 years working experience
Required language (s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia- Possess good mathematical calculation
Experience in SQL Accounting Software will be added advantage
- Careful, Responsible, Independent, Proactive, Result Oriented and Possess Good Interpersonal Skill
