JOB FUNCTION- To assist monthly closing of accounts
To responsible in cheques preparation- To check all the payment supporting document before issuing cheques
To ensure prompt payment to suppliers
- To assist in updating the cash book
To assist in updating cash flow report- To assist in sending out all the signed cheques
To liase with branches and other departments for any outstanding documents
- Any others matters as need arises
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Skill - Microsoft Excel / Accounting software preferably FLEX- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (MUST) - Both Speaking and Writing
